This app is exactly what I was looking for! It has so much information on the vitamins and minerals in whole foods and is perfect for tracking exact intake, daily. It is well organized, colorful, easy to navigate and pure genius! Thank you creators of this app!! I love the photographs of the food and I love being able to SEE what I ate all day instead of just a list. If you eat a plant based diet, this app is awesome and easy to use. I never rate apps but I have to show my appreciation to the creators of this one. I was looking for a food tracking app that tracked good food. I used other food trackers for years and wondered why I needed their database to track the processed junk I shouldn't be eating in the first place. Who cares if you have millions of items in a database if 90% of them are foods that are bad for you. If you are tracking the food you ate at McDonalds should you really be using a tracking app? I digress... So I thought a tracker would exist that showed healthy foods to eat but Wholesome is another level. I never thought I could care so much about micronutrients! It is one of the most beautiful home screens I've had pleasure of using and I look forward to eating healthy and caring what I put in my body more than the old calorie counter.
